Test Report

This time, the product model submitted for testing is the pneumatic ball valve Q64141-32 (PN16 DN32), the caliber is DN32, the valve body material is CF8M (SS 316L), and the valve core material is corundum ceramic (Al2O3 content exceeds 95%).

The testing time started in early May and lasted more than 4 months. Test items include shell test, sealing test, action life test, etc.

Test method: open and close quickly, open for 1s, close for 3s, open and close pressure drop is 0.6MPa, every 50,000 times of opening and closing, keep the ball valve closed for 60s, check whether the ball valve has bubble leakage; if so, stop the test.

Results: There was no bubble leakage after 1000000 times of opening and closing. During the test, the valve could be opened and closed normally, no switching jam occurred, no leakage in other parts of the valve body, the valve shaft, shaft sleeve and other parts were not worn or loose.

Runjing ceramic hard sealing ball valve has three series products of manual, electric and pneumatic. Its core components, valve core and valve seat, are made of corundum ceramic or silicon carbide, sintered at 1680℃ or 2200℃ ultra-high temperature, and the Rockwell hardness HRA is as high as above 85°, it also has the characteristics of " low torque, good corrosion resistance, good wear resistance and durability ", which can solve many problems that are difficult to solve with traditional valves.
