Working Principle of Runxin Valve

Relying on the principle of end seal, the Runxin valve tightly integrates multiple valves on one valve body and is arranged in a plane circumference. When the moving piece is rotated, the functions of closing several valves at the same time and opening several other valves can be realized.

A. Structural Principles

The use of a certain area of high flatness of the two planes can play a role in sealing and blocking the flow. Runxin valve fixes a high flatness fixed seal piece radially in the valve body, and drives the ceramic dynamic seal piece with high hardness and flatness to fit and rotate with the fixed seal piece through the handle or motor. Because the moving seal piece and the fixed seal piece have different blind holes and through holes, when the moving piece stays at different positions of the fixed piece, it will produce different results. The fluid passage realizes five functions of water making, backwashing, salt absorption + slow washing, replenishing water to salt tank and positive washing. (Note: The filter valve realizes three functions: water making, backwashing and forward washing).

The system is controlled by microcomputers and starts with signals such as time, flow rate or water quality. It drives the valve plate to rotate through the transmission device. After reaching the corresponding position, the signal is transmitted to the microcomputers through the positioning device to stop the operation. When the next signal meets the setting requirements, it starts again and turns to the next station. Such a cycle, in the process of rotating the movable valve disc for a week, to achieve the required functions.
