On May 6th, in order to further enhance the legal concept and awareness of employees, Runxin held a special training meeting on "The Important Impact of the Civil Code on Enterprises", and invited the lawyer Sheng Jiawen of Shanghai Landing (Hangzhou) Law Office to give a special lecture. More than 40 cadres and employees attended the meeting.

The "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" embodies the development requirements of the new era, establishes a new legal system, and forms a civil legal system with unique Chinese characteristics. It is the first law named after the code in the legal system. In a fundamental position, it is also the basic law of the market economy. Its promulgation and implementation mark a beautiful era in which China will bid farewell to poverty and move towards modernization.

The special training focused on business operations and transactions, human resource management, family wealth inheritance and borrowing, mortgage and guarantee rules and other aspects to interpret the important impact of the Civil Code on enterprises. Through relevant cases and easy-to-understand description, analyzed the new changes in business operations and commercial transactions and present a lively law education lesson from the aspect of contract clauses, quality standards, advertising, environmental pollution penalties, and leasing rules and so on. At the same time, the trainees conducted in-depth exchanges with the leading lawyers based on their actual work conditions and related issues in the Civil Code.

Through this "Civil Code" special training, the participants expressed that they have a deeper understanding of the relevant content and significance of the "Civil Code", and will further to strengthen the learning of "Civil Code" to improve the quality of work and promote the development of enterprises. Studying "Civil Code" and understanding its spirit, consciously study the law, understand the law, then use the rule of law to guide the work and help the company's healthy and high-quality development.
